Shipping, Returns & Custom Orders

DRAFT for Bobby's review. These are common defaults for handmade shops. Please confirm or change every item before launch.

Shipping

• Ready-to-ship pieces ship within [3–5] business days from the U.S.
• Every piece is wrapped and padded by hand. Larger pieces ship in a double box.
• We ship within the United States. International shipping is available on request.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Shipping cost is quoted when you call or text 317-671-0089 to order.

Custom orders

• Custom pieces are made by hand in Mexico and usually take a few weeks, plus shipping. Rush requests are reviewed case by case.
• We confirm the design, size, colors, price and timing with you before work starts.
• A [50%] non-refundable deposit starts the work. The balance is due before the piece ships.
• Because each piece is made only for you, custom orders can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Returns

• Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within [14] days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
• The buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–7] business days after we receive the return.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, email us photos of the item and the box within [48 hours] of delivery and we will make it right with a repair, a replacement or a refund.

Caring for your piece

Keep beadwork out of direct sunlight and away from high heat, since the beads are set in beeswax. Dust gently with a soft dry brush. Do not wash or submerge.

Every piece is unique

Each piece is handmade, so small differences in color, bead placement and shape are part of its character, not defects. Photos show the actual piece or a very close example.
